i find the hotel is just a short walk to the beach. there are many options to eat nearby too. a franprix grocery store is very close. the place is very quiet and clean. the staff, they were so friendly indeed!
my room felt just a little small, it was in the semi-basement. i was advised prior to arrival about this though.

The hotel's location is great. I could walk to places of interest and restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They were attentive and provided directions when I needed them.
The pillows felt cheap. I could have used better pillows for a more comfortable sleep. They seemed old and flat, so I had a bit of a hard time getting comfortable.

i found the staff to be really helpful, always providing useful information. i appreciated the shady garden area, a nice spot to relax. the tram stop near the hotel made getting to and from the airport quite easy. the breakfast option was substantial and leisurely.
i noticed some noise from the street and other guests throughout the day. this occurred because my room was on the first floor, next to the front desk. i could hear people coming and going.
