a sweet stay
short walk many dining options quiet place friendly staff
i find the hotel is just a short walk to the beach. there are many options to eat nearby too. a franprix grocery store is very close. the place is very quiet and clean. the staff, they were so friendly indeed!
my room felt just a little small, it was in the semi-basement. i was advised prior to arrival about this though.

my room included a wide comfortable bed and a sparkling clean bathroom with a window. there was also a new dining area, very pleasant and spacious, i appreciate it.

this location is fantastic, everything is close. it is just a few blocks to the sea, a very short walk. the area feels safe at all times, i loved that.

great location friendly staff helpful directions
The hotel's location is great. I could walk to places of interest and restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They were attentive and provided directions when I needed them.
The pillows felt cheap. I could have used better pillows for a more comfortable sleep. They seemed old and flat, so I had a bit of a hard time getting comfortable.

The building has charm and an inviting communal sitting area. The staff are able to help with luggage since an elevator is not available. This setup maintained the building's style.

The room had a balcony facing the street. This added space was appreciated. The room was clean and it included air conditioning, a must for warm days.

charming stay near the seafront
helpful staff shady garden
i found the staff to be really helpful, always providing useful information. i appreciated the shady garden area, a nice spot to relax. the tram stop near the hotel made getting to and from the airport quite easy. the breakfast option was substantial and leisurely.
i noticed some noise from the street and other guests throughout the day. this occurred because my room was on the first floor, next to the front desk. i could hear people coming and going.

the location is fantastic as it is near the musee massena. the hotel is also just off the seafront. it is a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. the tram stop is less than five minutes away.
